Glen, Special Needs Parent

“We couldn’t be happier with Ms. Nicolle!  She is wonderful with kids and has built such a great connection with our 4 year old.  She has helped our little man better understand and manage his actions and feelings, giving him the tools to better control his responses and handle challenging situations.  We’ve seen such positive growth, and we’re incredibly grateful for all she does!”

Whitney, Special Needs Mother

Nicolle is fantastic with my child and has helped him work through challenges, particularly with emotional regulation. She engages with him on his level using movement and humor to work through challenges. We are very happy with the progress he’s made working with her.

Time spent with Nicolle has been a huge boost for our son, who was exhibiting some troubling and impulsive behavior in the classroom that was flagged to us by multiple educators. She created a strong bond of trust with our son and our appointments with her have led to tremendous results with his teachers,  one going so far is to say that there was a significant improvement in his behavior after a few months of working with Nicolle.  As a bonus, he is genuinely excited for every appointment!

“Ms Nikki really changed our lives for the better in the way she was able to connect with our daughter. She is in kindergarten now and thriving.”

JJ, 12 year old patient

“I really like going to see Ms. Nicolle. She is funny and kind and she takes breaks when you need it. I have had three people try to help me, but Ms. Nicolle was the only one who had a lasting effect.”

“10 years ago (WHOA) we started taking Piper to occupational therapy (and physical therapy, and later speech) because of her developmental delays. I was an emotional wreck navigating things that I did not understand and had never done before. I was so thankful for kind therapists who not only helped Piper, but helped me too. One of the first therapists we met was Nicolle Callier. She actually got stuck with me because I was a pain in the butt who complained (IYKYK). She was SO patient with Piper, and SO creative in how she worked with her. She went out of her way to support Piper, to make me feel heard and seen, and helped us both more than she will ever know. She recently opened up her own place in Webster and I'm SO proud of her! If your child needs occupational therapy (or maybe you are unsure and need some guidance), please schedule with them! I promise you won't be disappointed!”
